Est. Al-Haraak
The Art
of Broast.
We are not a fast food chain. We are a chicken house engineered around one idea: every bite should feel like it was made for you, and only you.
Manifesto
Broast deserves to be perfected. Not just fried. Broasted. Not just served. Devoured.
Al-Haraak was built on a quiet frustration. Fast food had stopped caring. Every burger looked the same. Every sauce tasted borrowed. We opened a kitchen to answer a single question: what if speed did not mean shortcuts?
Twenty three recipes. Four years of testing. A marinade that rests for twelve hours before it earns the fryer. This is the standard we hold ourselves to, every plate, every hour, every shift.

The Kitchen
Pressure, patience,
and one perfect broast.
We refuse to grow the menu until we can perfect the one we have. Our head chef trains every line cook personally. If a plate leaves the pass under our standard, it is remade. No exceptions, no attitude, no compromise.
Non-Negotiables
Three broast rules.
No exceptions.
Craft
Every recipe passes through obsession. If it is on the menu, we have already fought about it.
Consistency
The 100th burger tastes like the first. Systems, standards, timed to the second.
Character
Loud, red, unapologetic. Al-Haraak has a personality, and it is served on every plate.

Sourcing
We know every
bird before it broasts.
Fresh, never frozen. Free range where it matters. Spices ground the morning they are used. Our supply chain is short on purpose, so the flavour reaches you loud.
"We didn't want to build a restaurant. We wanted to build a brand our city could be proud of, and the world would take seriously."
